Giffnock's Christmas Village

Giffnock’s Christmas Village, our second annual festive celebration, will be held on Saturday 8th November, transforming the town centre into a festive hub of activity and community spirit. This event features a Christmas market with 24 local stalls, stage performances from local dance schools, live music from buskers, funfair rides, Santa's grotto, kids crafts and roaming circus performers. Families will be able to take part in a trail displayed in shop windows throughout the town, alongside Santa’s Grotto and festive craft activities for children. Last year's event was a huge success, bringing residents and visitors together to celebrate the season and support the high street. This year it will be proudly delivered by Giffnock BID with support from £15,000 in funding from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
